AMT247 - Programmable Logic Controllers I

Credit Hours: 3

Course Description

This course is designed to introduce the student to the basic operation principles of Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs). An industrial level PLC will be utilized throughout the course to teach the basic principles and programming of the PLC. The course will utilize lectures and hands-on laboratory exercises with PLC hardware and programming software to achieve the course objectives.
