This course moves the student from the theory of project management studied in Project Management I to application of theory to real world projects. Students may experience externships with manufacturing companies or work with projects assigned to the college by companies. Students will implement processes involved in planning, scheduling, maintaining records, pricing, controlling costs, managing risks, managing contracts, and managing quality of a real-world project.
