BIO202 - Diagnostic Microbiology

Credit Hours: 6

Course Description

This course is intended to introduce the student to the basic concepts and practices of microbiology. Lecture portions of the course will address basic biology of microorganisms, pathogenic mechanisms, host defense and immunity, and human diseases. This course is taken with a laboratory component.
