This is the first of two introductory courses that will examine the principles and applications of the structure and function of the human body. The systematic approach will cover the microscopic anatomy of the systems, and aspects of physiological function and its mechanism for maintaining homeostasis. Focus will be on the Integumentary, skeletal, muscular, and nervous systems.
