The theory and principles of the clinical side of medical assisting are introduced, while providing the student with hands on practice to perfect the technique. Procedures covered include charting, height and weight, the physical exam, and minor office surgery. Proper electrocardiogram techniques complete this course. (Equivalent to MSS 144)
