MGT714 - Seminar in Human Capital Management

Course Description

This course provides a detailed examination of the theory and practice of strategically managing human capital within an organization. Topics covered will include strategic people management, workforce planning and employment, employee development and retention, total rewards, employee and labor relations, risk management, and the creation and use of HR metrics to drive results.
