This course focuses on leadership and management theories and models in healthcare, basic economic and financial theories, as it relates and impacts nursing; including resource allocation and management, understanding the strategic market dynamics, healthcare systems, and driving and restraining forces in healthcare change, and contemporary issues in the workplace.
